Cerina replacement!

Finally, we may have a replacement for Cerina. Which means the update is getting closer. This update is a large one as there are now over 55 interior cells. What has been putting the mod on hold is the fact that we've been having a hard time finding a suitable voice to replace the old Cerina files.
